Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive an order where the bottle has leaked, been broken, was not the correct product, or otherwise unusable, please contact us immediately via email or phone. In circumstances like this, we will correct the mistake as soon as possible with a replacement of the same item or of equal value in the situation of out of stock or limited release items. You must contact us within 72 hours of receipt. All complaints received after 72 hours will not be eligible for replacement.
Returns
Due to the nature of the product, we unfortunately cannot accept returns and all sales are final. Because of the hand poured, and occasionally one of a kind or limited edition nature of our products, once your order is placed through our system, the sale is final and cannot be cancelled. We cannot accept returns due to customer error or dislike of the product received.
Discount and Promotional Codes
All discount and promotional codes must be applied during checkout and cannot be applied after your purchase. All discount and promotional codes are valid online only at northstararomatics.com and are not valid in person or through any of our partnering retailers.
Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are generally processed, filled and ready to ship within 1-3 business days. Shipping time is generally an additional 1-5 business days depending on your location. Once an order is shipped, we don't have control over how USPS handles the package. We do not replace or refund lost or stolen packages. At checkout, please make sure your shipping address is accurate. If you have made a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us within 2 hours to correct it.
