Diffuse Lemon Steam Distilled into the air to help support a healthy immune system and to purify your space. Lemon can be supportive during moments of sadness and anxiety. It is elevating and energizing for mood and emotions influenced by season changes. Found in many health care settings, used for reducing worry and fear. Lemon essential oil in a glass of water often is recommended for indigestion, but this combination is unsafe. Do not use Lemon oil in that way.
Lemon Steam Distilled holds the same benefits as Lemon Essential Oil but its main difference is it's not phototoxic. This makes Lemon Steam Distilled an easier essential oil to use in body care products like lotions and lip balm. Keep this one handy as part of your fruit and vegetable cleaning routine. Can also be added to cleaners for a fresh sparkly citrus scent.
