Uplifting, especially during times of situational stress, Zen (Anxiety Relief II) is a Vanilla twist on Northstar Aromatics original Zen (Anxiety Relief). Zen (Anxiety Relief II) is a natural way to promote feelings of inner peace. Offer where healing of emotional wounds and trauma is warranted.
This blend is supportive for nervous system exhaustion, grief, situational anxiety and depression, and helps encourage homeostasis in the body. Diffuse this oil during the day to help relieve nervous tension or in the evening to promote a restful nights sleep.
Apply Zen (Anxiety Relief II) to the heart chakra for emotional healing and strength.
Zen (Anxiety Relief II) is also supportive for empaths, highly sensitive persons, and people that could benefit from optimism along with energetic and auric protection.
Vanilla Zen (Anxiety Relief II) is phototoxic which means you should avoid direct sunlight or tanning beds for up to 18 hours after applying it to the skin. Serious skin burns can occur if phototoxic oil is applied and the skin is exposed to the sun or a tanning booth. If you are using the oil on an area of your skin that has no exposure to the sun or UV light, then there is no safety concern.
