DESCRIPTION

Minnesota Heat is warming and pain relieving. A complimentary oil to Minnesota Ice, which is cooling and pain relieving.

Minnesota Heat can be used alone or in conjunction with Minnesota Ice.

Apply Minnesota Heat throughout the day to warm and relieve sore and overworked muscles. Minnesota Heat also has a calming and relaxing effect due to its sedative properties and is a great choice especially at bedtime if you suffer from restlessness and overwhelm in your body or mind.

Thank you to my former massage patients for not only being the inspiration for Minnesota Heat, but my experimental group. Massage patients of mine have enjoyed Minnesota Heat for its relief provided from headaches, stress, muscle aches and pains, nerve pain, joint pain, pre and post workout support, and trouble sleeping.

Minnesota Heat is phototoxic which means you should avoid direct sunlight or tanning beds for up to 18 hours after applying it to the skin. Serious skin burns can occur if phototoxic oil is applied and the skin is exposed to the sun or a tanning booth. If you are using the oil on an area of your skin that has no exposure to the sun or UV light, then there is no safety concern.
