Applied to the skin, Minnesota Ice will engage and delight the senses.
Minnesota Ice has a cooling effect when applied to the skin, offering a variety of uses for this oil. This blend is intended to cut through pain and inflammation.
Apply to neck, shoulders, and temples for headaches. Apply to shoulders, mid-back and sacroiliac and lumber areas for back pain. Apply to aching knees, elbows, and feet. Supportive for both joint and muscular discomfort. Minnesota Ice is supportive when used in a diffuser in the evening for restlessness in the body or mind or apply topically to overworked joints and muscles, to promote a restful nights sleep.
Add 2-3 drops to a bath or foot soak to decrease acute or chronic pain and inflammation. Mix a couple drops in a carrier oil or lotion to use in a massage for a more full body experience.
Minnesota Ice can be used alone or in conjunction with Minnesota Heat.
